With more than 30 years advising injured motorcyclists across the Mid-West, we understand the realities of riding on Tipperary’s busiest and most challenging routes. Many of the cases we handle arise from collisions on the N24, the N76, and the regional network around Nenagh, Cahir, Clonmel and Tipperary Town. Our work in this area is long-established, and we act for riders from every part of the county.
We’ve represented motorcyclists injured in collisions with cars, vans, trucks and agricultural vehicles. We’ve also acted for riders injured because of defective road surfaces, oil or diesel spills, unsafe junction layouts and equipment faults. Motorcycle cases often involve serious trauma and complex factual questions. Our job is to bring clarity and structure from the outset.
We start by listening carefully to what happened and rebuilding the sequence of events. On routes like the N24 or N76, that may involve reviewing Garda reports, analysing vehicle movements and gathering dash-cam or CCTV footage. On rural or diversion routes, we often look closely at road width, surface condition, visibility and the presence of heavy or redirected traffic caused by roadworks.
From there, we gather the medical records, liaise with the relevant Garda station, organise expert evidence where required and prepare the Injuries Resolution Board application with precision. If insurers are involved, we take over all correspondence so you’re not dealing with that pressure while recovering. And if a case requires litigation, we advise you clearly on the next steps and represent you in the appropriate court.
Our role is straightforward. You focus on your health. We manage the legal side with the skill, experience and local knowledge that motorcycle cases in Tipperary demand.
